There are few important recommendations to follow when receiving delivery of your package.
- Most of BBalance orders require a signature for delivery. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion.
- Refuse the delivery if there is significant damage (hole, puncture, dent, …) on the packaging, write “REFUSAL FOR DAMAGE” on the delivery slip, take pictures if possible, and contact us with a detailed note so we can organize a new shipment at our charge.
- If you package is left in your mailbox or in front of your door damaged or, in the unlikely event where BBalance product would be physically damaged with packaging in good conditions, take pictures with the package immediately after your observation and contact us.
Our return and refund policy only cover undamaged items and, after you’ve taken delivery of your product, it is difficult for us to determine who is responsible for the damage.
